1.1 Ajly Selection (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates a platform for cosmetics and related products. We comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

1.2 “Personal Data” means any information that identifies or can identify an individual, including name, contact details, address, payment information, and transaction history.

1.3 By using our platform (even in testing), you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. WHEN WE COLLECT PERSONAL DATA

We collect personal data when you:

• Register an account;

• Browse, search, or purchase cosmetics;

• Provide reviews or feedback;

• Contact support;

• Subscribe to marketing (with separate consent);

• Use cookies or device features.

3. WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT

• Full name, email address, mobile number, birth date

• Billing and shipping addresses

• Payment details (credit/debit card, e-wallet, bank info)

• Device and network data (IP, browser, OS)

• Cosmetics preferences, purchase history, skin type (if you voluntarily provide)

• Photos or videos (if you upload product reviews

We will not send you marketing emails, SMS, or personalized cosmetics offers unless you explicitly opt in (e.g., checking a box). You can withdraw consent anytime via account settings or by emailing dpo.ph@ajlyselection.com.

• Payment processors (to complete transactions)

• Delivery/courier services (to ship products)

• IT and hosting providers

• Legal authorities when required by law

• Google API Services (if you use YouTube features)

We do not sell your personal data.

We use encryption, access controls, and secure servers. However, no system is 100% secure. You also play a role by keeping your login credentials safe.

8. BREACH NOTIFICATION

If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify the National Privacy Commission (NPC) and affected users within 72 hours, as required by Philippine law.

9. DATA RETENTION & DELETION

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above. After that, we securely delete or anonymize it.

You have the right to:

• Correct inaccurate data

• Erasure or blocking of your data

• Object to processing (including marketing)

• Data portability (receive a copy)

11. CROSS-BORDER DATA TRANSFER

We may transfer data outside the Philippines only if:

• It is necessary for a contract, legal obligation, or legal claim.

We use NPC-approved safeguards (e.g., Model Contractual Clauses). Ajly Selection remains responsible for your data even if processed abroad.

12. MINORS (UNDER 18)

Our platform is not for children under 18 without parental consent. If we discover an under‑18 user without verified parental consent, we will delete their account and data immediately.

13. COOKIES

We use cookies to remember your preferences and analyze traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work.
